I doubt PSG will be willing to give out their midfield maestro to their European rivals. If they must strengthen they will have to sort that firepower somewhere else. Like you said PSG is a big financial club and won’t want to lose their best midfielder to their competition Real Madrid.
Let's assume you're in charge of signing and selling players in PSG would you agree to sell your priced asset player knowing fully well that your team financially buoyant? I know you wouldn't, even if it were me I still wouldn't. So personally, I won't even listen to such a deal and I guess that's what PSG will do. Vitinha is just something else and right now, his on top of his career, even he himself wouldn't want to leave PSG right now.
