I also did the same thing. I tried to contact them thru Discord and the person in the screenshot was the one who alos responded to my inquiry. They told me they couldn't resolve the issue themselves about the prizes distribution but would forward it to the Betbolt team. And yes, until now nothing has changed I still haven't received the two prizes: one is $25 and the other is $30. I know it's not much, but what if user won big and requests withdrawal would they actually pay them?
Good thing they paid the signature campaign balance. Hopefully, those who are waiting for prizes get paid too. Yeah it's been almost a month now.
Usually fund for contest outside the site itself has nothing to do with internal paying/withdrawal fund, I mean it must be separated and I think the person in charge for outside contest is also different from the one who is in charge for the internal withdrawal.
So far there is no one complaining about withdrawal issue in this casino, so I believe the problem on the distribution for the reward of the bitcointalk contest is different case.
Of course it is not good at all although they give a reason that they have an issue but I dont think it should take too long time to resolve especially the amount of money is not considered as big amount.
