NAPOLI BLOCKS OSIMHEN'S TRANSFER TO GALATASARAY

Napoli has blocked Victor Osimhen's Galatasaray transfer citing that they can only accept full release clause payment by Galatasaray and not 5 installmental payments. For me i think Galatasaray shouldn't put themselves under pressure just to sign a single player like Victor Osimhen because the club don't have enough money to foot his transfer fee and running into debt just to sign him should not be the best option and if Napoli keeps making things difficult for Clubs that comes to sign Osimhen, he should just relax till his contract expires and he leaves as a free agent instead of this frustrations by Napoli.
Galatasaray has seen the potential of Victor Osimhen and what they will achieve if they sign him from Napoli this season, but it is so unfortunate that Napoli rejected Galatasaray's installment payments and insisted Galatasaray should pay Victor Osimhen's transfer fee at once. Victor Osimhen is a good player, and Galatasaray will make a big sale from Victor Osimhen jerseys, but if buying Victor Osimhen from Napoli will make Galatasaray run into debt, they shouldn't take that risk to sign Victor Osimhen, and if another doesn't show interest in signing Victor Osimhen, I believe Napoli will change their mind and accept Galatasaray's offer when the transfer window is about to close.

I just don't know why Napoli wants to frustrate Osimhen they don't want him anymore then they should make it easier for him to leave instead chasing potential buyers. If Manchester United were a serious team they would've taken advantage of this opportunity to sign this quality attacker they're lacking cause he'll single handedly help them qualify for the Champions League next season. That alone is worth paying Osimhen the wage he's demanding instead of asking him to accept a pay cut.

Even if they frustrate clubs from signing him, who is gonna lose in the end when he leaves as a free agent? Napoli is just showing hatred and jealousy since they expected him to underperform when he signed for Galatasaray on loan but instead dude keeps winning over there and gaining more relevance. I heard that Manchester United and  Napoli are in talks over his signing so let's see if it gets a headway because he will fit in well at United even though it will require concerted efforts for the team to shine. Victor Osimhen is a player that lights up any team he signs for because his presence is always noticed due to his charisma.
