I agree with you that even though Rainbet is running a successful signature campaign on this forum but that simply isn't enough if their response time is slow or they delay in resolving the issues for the gamblers. Even i think that marketing campaigns are secondary things, yeah they boost the company, bring them leads but the gamblers will only stay on the casino if they know that the gambling casino cares about their customers.
