Of course staking any cryptocurrency will be better than just keeping it freeze in terms of rewards and stable profits. I think why some people don't do that is because of negative experience with untrustworthy services which claim unbelievable return of investment and bonuses. At the opposite, things with legit services are clear and transparent.
