Well whatever he needs to do that can change the team spirit then he needs to do it very quick because at the most I don't think Real Madrid are all happy seeing that there are losing and now that the league have not started is the best time to rectify that because before you know they won't be able to meet up with the pressure that the current Barcelona team is holding up.
We cannot blame all of this on the coach, let us also look at some of the players and the technical team around the coach, all of this influences the results you see on the pitch only that the coach is the figure head and that has been the most reason why he takes most if not all of the blame.
