I feel your frustration at this point where your found is held because of address verification issues, well what I have noticed in most casinos is that, if the address on your documents doesn't correspond with the address you supplied in your account details, you definitely have problems verifying such an address.
This was my situation sometimes ago on a fiat casino until I have to contact support to help get my filed in address changed to the one on my driver's license before my KYC was approved., this just my thought and experience anyways.
