It looks like there is new progress on Osimhen and Galatasaray. Transfer talks have been really heated between us and Napoli lately.

Fabrizio says that we've offered them €70m fee and the installments are bank-guaranteed. I wonder how we managed to get guarantee. I hope we really have the money.
Osimhen is a game changer. He'd be very useful in the CL also. But how much money more will we be able to spend after this transfer? We still need to bring more players to various positions.
Source: https://x.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1943659955950674086The impact Osimhen has created on both Galatasaray and Napoli is possibly the reason all of this is happening because neither teams wants to lose him at a very low rate but so far the offers has been rolling in and even Osimhen is yet exactly resolute about his move, because even him wants a huge cheque of which most others do not want to offer such pay for a player alone. Napoli needs to understand it is high time they end all of this game of high transfer fee because by next season he will be leaving for free and forcing them to loose that much they would have made from him.
Napoli is actually aware of the danger. The president is constantly hampering the terms of the agreement with Galatasaray. What he actually wants is a transfer fee to be paid upfront. However, Galatasaray has stated that they cannot pay the full amount upfront. Although Al Hilal in Saudi Arabia told Napoli they would pay the full amount, they were unable to convince Osimhen. Osimhen wants Galatasaray, and they are between these two options. Therefore, an impasse has been reached. I believe this issue will be resolved soon because if Napoli don't sell him this year, they will be forced to watch him leave the club for free next year. Furthermore, they could use the proceeds from this transfer to make numerous other signings.
