I believe that sanctions, tariffs and similar things were more feared in the past years. I remember how people were talking that the USA can dive any country with economic sanctions because it's the most powerful country in the world but recent times showed us that sanctions don't do much, it's very easy to bypass them. I have a few relatives in Russia and as they say, while things aren't as good as it used to be, it's not much worse either. In other words, life continues with slight discomfort despite the sanctions.

I believe that this act of Trump only shows how weak tariffs and such things are. It looks like threatening people with a fake gun that looks like a real gun.

My USA coffee prices went from $5.00 a bag to $10.29 a bag.
I was lucky I stocked up and have about a six month supply.
I was lucky I got a hybrid last year before he won. My car was 40k last year this year it is 44K.
I remember the good old days when I was ordering things from the USA and getting them shipped in my country. I was regularly buying ON whey protein powder for $65 since 2017 to 2022, if I remember correctly. Then the price went up and it's not worth it for me to buy it. I was also regularly buying creatine and fragrance from the USA but prices have gone so up that I gave up on it Cheesy
