In my opinion, Rodrygo's fees ain't nothing for PL club, but his wage is the main problem. He wanted close to the 300k, which is still high. If he can reduce it, and i'm sure many clubs are interesting to look at him. Even some clubs like Chelsea has money to sign him as long as he agree to cut his wage to the 140k 150k range.
However, his club will decide his future next week, but open to let him leave. He can still have possibility to stay much longer only if he's still willing to be benched by Xabi.

But it is not a fact that he will be on the bench all the time, I think Alonso will take into account that the player has not left the club and is still available to play, yes, he can change tactics, not put the player in the main squad if he is not needed, but he may be useful sooner or later, so he may be useful.
