I have argued this on a thread before and not quite long, but maybe I am wrong. If you are not betting on sport like football, do not bother to choose either yes or no.

Since I have been betting, I have not thought of this before. Is the referee the reason you bet on yellow or red cards?

It depends on the referee and the match he's officiating for instance in a match between Manchester United and Manchester City I'm fully aware that there's always lots of bookings sometimes 3 to 4 or even 5 in both halves combined together an if a ref like Anthony Taylor or Chris Kavanagh is officiating then I'll definitely go for over 1.5 or 2.5 in that game since it's a Derby and both clubs would be tough against themselves. Those refs I mentioned are very strict and won't fail to book players without much warnings.
