I'm not sure about the speed of the respond from the support but I think it depends on their working time, if you request it on their working time then it should be fast but if you request it not on the most effective time then it may take longer.
By the way, is the bonus given automatically without the need to put bonus code before deposit? Just curious why you decided to cancel it because usually bonus is given by request in advance like using a code.
