Could be because they have history deposit with Bank Transfer.

There is bank transfer deposit feature on Stake? Could you screenshot it for me where it is. I tried searching it on mine and what I found is only the deposit through crypto address or straight from using a crypto wallet.
Also if it's ok to ask, may I know where are you residing? Does the bank in your country allow the deposit of money on gambling sites then vice versa, withdraw it to receive in your bank.
You need to enable local currency deposit first, simply click the deposit button and you'll see 2 options "Crypto" and "Local Currency".

For the 2nd question, he is from Indonesia as me and talking about transfering money to gambling site through local bank transfer and vice versa, it is basically not allowed and any account may get banned when the bank do investigation for such activity but it is rare to happen.
There are just too many Indonesian gamblers who use local bank transfer method for their gambling activity in online casinos so I dont think the bank will ban all of them without a command from the government especially from the police department.
Logically bank is like a business so I believe they will not ban accounts directly because they will lose too many customers which means that they will lose significant amount of profit.
