One suggestion I agreed with was that instead on banning gambling, let their be some new added regulations that will limit gamblers to spending just a certain amount for gambling. If they are limited to a certain bankroll size weekly or monthly, then it can force every gamblers to becoming a responsible gambler. Sometimes people needs to be forced or be in a tight situation before they learn how to control their decisions. So, that's just my suggestion, but they will not see it and will only do what ever they have decided to do.
It’s good if casinos are willing to cooperate, but even then, gamblers often find ways to get around restrictions. It’s actually easy to do especially with everything now tied to a single payment app. For example, if I have a friend, I could just rent his account to gamble. He earns a bit, I get to play, and that kind of setup can easily happen behind the scenes.

So instead of trying to limit access, which people can still bypass, a more feasible approach might be to increase the minimum deposit. That way, it adds a layer of friction without relying too much on strict controls, and it could naturally filter out impulsive or casual gambling.
