Why be surprised? Predicting Jannik Sinner to win Wimbledon is not surprising because he is a strong contender for the defending champion, if this is finally correct then people will think more that AI will help him to be able to predict the results of the match correctly even though without AI Jannik Sinner was already predicted to win Wimbledon, but is there anyone who uses AI to predict the women's division? I'm sure even if there was, AI would not display Iga Swiatek's name as the Wimbledon champion.

Don't think that AI will make bettors profitable because it makes it easier to predict match results, in fact, this kind of thinking can trap you.
AI can generate predictions based on some statistical data based on the results of past games, but it will be just the same prediction as any of us can make. Someone here remembered the octopus that also guessed the winner of matches well, but who was ready to bet on its prediction? It seems to me that with AI everything will be much better in predictions, but I still would not trust my money to bet on AI. It seems to me that AI is not able to take everything into account properly.
