Some people can win a huge amount as jackpota but yet the amount that they won can not be compared to how much money they have lost in entire life while gambling, can you say such person has won the casino because they won a jackpot?

When someone win a jackpot at a casino, with a substantial amount, I'm sure they've won at the casino. There is no need to calculate how much they've spent during their gambling period. I'm sure gamblers wouldn't care too much about it.
Some gamblers may be overly careful about calculating their deposits and comparing them to their winnings. But if you're always counting, you might never enjoy your winnings, even if you win a large jackpot.

Ok, that's also true somehow. It makes sense that some gamblers doesn't really calculate their before losses and for them, once they win a significant amount any day, they assume that they have won against the casino for that day. Some people too sees it from different angle like I said before.
Let's use a business for example, if you continue putting money into a business and it's not flourishing but failing. One good day, someone gave you a contract to supply some items which you are dealing on. After the supply, you got paid. The first thing that will come to your head is going back to the book that you recorded all the expenses on keeping that business running till that day, to see how much you have recovered. That's when you will know if you are at loss or not. This is the main reason why you need to gamble with little amount of money that you can afford to lose, so that when you win big, you've won the casino.
