Altcoin season typically occurs when Bitcoin's price stabilizes or its dominance declines, leading to investor interest shifting to alternative cryptocurrencies and altcoins. In other words, there's still time left; Bitcoin has begun to rise, made a new breakthrough, and has a long way to go. Altcoins are still very active these days, and they continue to trend in the red. When Bitcoin rises, altcoins also tend to fall in the red. But those investments will eventually come. New financial instruments, such as Bitcoin spot ETFs, launched in 2024, could disrupt traditional trading cycles. Institutional investors' easy access to Bitcoin could delay this cycle by shifting capital flows away from altcoins.
But it seems like those price stabilization will not going to happen on Bitcoin this year. There are so many things happen which benefits Bitcoin and for many times it stay relevant that's why we don't see some alts having those amazing movement. It seems that altcoin season won't exist as what other people say if Ethereum will not perform well this year.
Still good that we are seeing some good movements on other alts and for now that is fine especially to those people who want to take a risk then buy and hold those top alts.
For now I want to see Bitcoin first reaching at $200k before anything else out there.
