If it's because Arsenal defeated PSG in the second leg of the semifinal matches in the UEFA Champions League that made you believe Arsenal is the only Premier League team that can give PSG a tough time, I think you are wrong because Liverpool defeated PSG in the first leg of the last 16 matches in the UEFA Champions League, and Aston Villa also defeated PSG in the first leg of the quarterfinal matches in the UEFA Champions League, but they were all knocked out by PSG on aggregate, so I believe it's not only Arsenal that can give PSG a tough time; there are a lot of Premier League clubs that can give PSG a tough time.

I would say Liverpool could be too. I know they weren't in this, but looking at how great they are recently with Arne Slot and how they made some moves as well, it feels like if they were here then they could have done great. And while Chelsea did manage to get to finals, I wouldn't say their path was exclusively difficult. They had to beat Benfica, Palmerias and Fluminense to get to finals. Whereas PSG had to beat Miami, Bayern and Real Madrid.
