My current prediction for top 4:

1. Napoli
2. Inter
3. Juventus
4. Milan or Roma

I don't think there will be a different team in top 2 honestly. If Napoli don't make it then Inter would win the title in my opinion.

I put Juventus there but can't be sure of Tudor yet. He still needs to show us what he can do more. And signings will also play a big role.

In that case, I expect a Champions League spot fight between Milan and Roma. Very difficult to predict which one would make it.
