During reading your terms, two things draw my attention. It's about age restrictions and suspended accounts. Since you aren't verifying user KYC, then how are you going to ensure users age? I am not sure if there are any other alternatives to make sure users aren't underage. And another thing is you can suspend accounts with or without reasons, which is quite alarming to me. If you suspend, then what about the winners who win funds, or what about the initial deposits? I am expecting honest answers from you.
I have seen their site and their user interface is very nice which is able to attract a gambler. But yes I am also thinking that since they are allowing gamblers to gamble without kyc then how will they filter out minors. When someone knows that minors are not allowed to gamble there then they will deliberately increase their age even though they are not adults. Although those who continue to gamble by providing wrong information even though they are minors, it is their own responsibility. But how can a minor make a right decision for themselves? Although I think they allow kyc users to gamble, if they see anything suspicious, they can demand kyc from the users.
