Xyes.com has scammed me for $2k+
I am unable to find the exact amount as they have locked my account and I can no longer login

I received this email after I sent all my documents when they were requested:
Our casino provider has flagged your betting behavior as a value
betting arbitrageur and upon further investigation of your account and
betting activity with our casino provider, we have determined that you
have violated our terms and conditions.
As a result, your account registered to this email address/phone will
be permanently closed. All funds and pending bonuses have been
forfeited.
We understand that this is not the outcome you wanted, but our
decision on this is final and we will not enter into further
communications on this matter.

I just want to re-affirm I was not doing arbitrage bets. I was betting purely for fun and over my sports betting accounts lifetime I am actually down like $50,000. However lots of sites have been moving out of sweden due to regulation stuff, so I signed up here as a new alternative.

I don't think I will get this money back which is okay I can afford to lose it, although it does suck to lose it like this.
Posting this mainly to warn others who may make an account here.
Does betfury restrict users from Sweden? I'm not 100% sure, but if you managed to lose 50K to casinos, you r clearly not just a casual player — you probably know how to use a VPN.

Honestly, it sounds like you were already banned from Betfury, and then tried switching to another similar casino, hoping to run the same strategy. But you might’ve overlooked one crucial detail — both sites use the same game provider: betby.

if you were flagged or banned on one platform, it's highly likely the provider recognized your betting patterns immediately on the other. That’s probably why things escalated so quickly. Just something to keep in mind.
