So, Al Nassr's management needs to see PSG's case as a great concrete example that the most important thing in a team is the coach. If they hire an inexperienced coach or one who has only achieved success in one league, they won't be able to handle Al Nassr well and, as a consequence, they won't be able to achieve anything great.

In the case of Al-Nassr, a good coach could fix things well especially that they have enough funds to recruit quality players. I said quality players and not top players because names mean nothing nowadays. Whenever I see PSG success in UEFA Conference League and in the other competitions, I say a good strategy and teamwork are the key to success. Al-Nassr lacks seriously these two points.
The top clubs in the Saudi league have enough financial support, that's why they are keeping all these big players with such a huge amount of money. Recently, the most discussed issue is keeping Cristiano Ronaldo with such a huge amount of money. Many are saying that instead of keeping Cristiano Ronaldo at the club with such an annual salary, three to four more players from Europe could have been hired in his place. Yes, the club could have done it if they wanted, but Al-Nassr may want to make all their plans with Cristiano Ronaldo. While paying Ronaldo such an annual salary, they are not able to buy any other player, there are still many rumors in the transfer market where it is heard that big stars from Europe are being offered from Al-Nassr. The team is spending money every season, but they are not competing with Al Hilal. In this regard, if they think they need a good quality manager, then the management should focus on that.
