btw, Yes, you did valuebetting. Valuebetting is betting over any other odd, so most probably you catched odds over other bookmakers.
Well it wasn't on purpose. I am down $23,000 on betfury in 2025 but was unable to play there anymore since they banned swedish players
I swapped to xyes as they used the same layout
they don't use the same layout, they use the same provider for their sportsbook, and that's betby.
and betby is a soft bookie, so they have a lot of complaints for flaging players for "value betting", but betby isn't the one who took your money, as it's up to the casino to decide how to deal with thier users after they been flaged.

and let's say you did value betting, the right thing xyes should have done imo, is to void those bets and refund your deposit.
they shouldn’t void winnings. People have to stop playing at these books that don’t pay winnings on value bets. Pay all winnings, then ban or limit.

No one except XYes says no value playing in their ToS.

From a legal point of view, they have no right to limit it or close the account = these are normal bets. For example, in Spain, users sue them for limit or account closure and get their accounts restored. In some countries, the regulator imposes such rules. My colleague is from Sweden. I think the bookmaker there also does not have the right to impose a personal limit.
