I don't really expect that to happen. I'd like to see some teams rise and challenge PSG for the Ligue 1 trophy. We know PSG has been dominating, and it could actually be an opportunity for us to bet on them throughout the season.
But with competition, the league could be exciting. At least we usually see some teams perform well from the start to the middle of the season.
The rise of another team to challenging PSG will honestly birth the beginning of a new era where a shift from the regular will be experienced and the competition will be higher and even the attention the league will be getting will become even higher because more and more anticipation and suspens will make more persons build Interest in the Ligue 1 more than they currently do when they always know from the beginning of the season PSG was going to win the league. The excitement that another team is ahead of PSG probably by mid season will be immeasurable because the league will really feel alive, only that PSG is strengthened in multiple ways.
PSG is currently the best team in the world, while the other teams in the French League haven't seen much success in Europe. There hasn't been much competition in this league for many years; we start each year knowing that PSG will win the championship. So, I'd love for PSG to have a rivalry, but we probably won't see that.
The quality of the other teams needs to improve quickly, but I think the French League is much less enjoyable than many other leagues in Europe
