Xabi Alonso really built Leverkusen to some extent that I think if Erik Ten Hag can follow that, he won’t really have much difficulty building up the team again, but since every manager comes with their way of managing a club, things may be different in Bayer Leverkusen because of the changing manager.

Ten Hag won’t do the same thing in Manchester United because, to me, the competition in which Manchester United was participating was very tough, which I think, for some reason, Ten Hag was not able to compete in. I think Erik Ten Hag can just use his experience from being a coach for a long time to manage Bayer Leverkusen successfully.
