as I said and supported by the screenshot, it shows the response from the chat support.
I'm still connected with them via chat and want to know how far they've come in resolving this issue, as most users are experiencing the same problem. A few minutes ago without a VPN, the "404 not found" display remained unchanged.
My best guess is that the Ybet domain is being restricted by your internet service provider (ISP) and not that Ybet itself is restricting access from your country.
Some members said that their countries are not on the casino’s restriction list, but they didn’t tell us whether online gambling is legal in their countries or not.
If the use of VPNs is allowed (check their ToS), then this shouldn’t be a problem. I hope OP will come back and clear this up.
I am seeing Indonesia, and AFAIK they don't exactly have a good relationship with online gambling. I've seen indonesian players changing their DNS settings to bypass blocks by their ISP as these blocks are typically at a domain-level only.
With and without VPN, I cannot access.
Only few can access it, maybe the devs can do something about it.
Maybe you just need to try other countries? or you could try changing your DNS setting as mentioned above.
BTW, are you seeing some sort of error?
