Well there is always a first time and a last time for everything. The advantage Chelsea had for a start was probably PSG looking at them as an underdog only to get outplayed in the first half. PSG would have been very happy to meet any other top team in Europe this season in this final, and they would have been very well-prepared for them. Against Chelsea? The didn't even see what hit them until it was too late

It's just unthinkable that an incredible team like them could underestimate their opponent!Rather, I would think that Chelsea studied PSG's game well and made sure they couldn't use it against them. PSG don't have players who are good at long-range shooting, and in fact Chelsea made sure they could only shoot from outside the box and not from in front of goal. This strategy worked well and gave them the currently most prestigious trophy.
