My point is very simple:
rating P claimed that the top-ranked sites have no complaints, but I just want to show that no matter how high a site is ranked by him, there will always be complaints. This is the reality of the online gambling industry it's full of both abusor and players trying to exploit loopholes.
When these players don’t get what they want, they go on the attack and start accusing casinos, even the big names like Stake or BC.Game.
Scoring high ratings doesn't mean that the site has no complaints against them in the first place, but what it mean to earn high ratings is how effective a site is in resolving issues and also providing essential services to their users, that is what most review sites are always looking out for, and for sure no one can say that a site has zero complaints against is not possible as long as their are providing services.
Most casinos have even unresolved complaints but still yet are able to gain good ratings, reasons are that, not all complaints can be resolved some is the fault of the players and not the casinos.
