Personally I think  the only time anyone is qualified to use the word he has won the casino is if his overall win engulf his loses. There are some people that got lucky and hit the jackpot probably wining in millions, at that point it's very true for most people to say they've won the casino, but sometimes these same person spend more than half of the money they won if not all back to thesame system and that like staying the casino only gave them a large sum of money to experience large figure gambling, some people are greedy enough to loss everything and at that same spot borrow to chase losses but end up losing more .
