I knew there was going to be some speculations on the match being fixed but, it would be one hell of a good fix with the referee giving 3 Chelsea players yellow cards right in the first half without any prior warning at all. I almost saw the referee as being biased and wanting to spoil the game for Chelsea but time after time, Chelsea created some good chances and took them cleanly.
Sanchez on the other hand was one hell of a goalkeeper today, he got his saves and goalkeeping perfect today, didn’t leave nothing for PSG to take, enjoyed his clean sheet and house that did bet otherwise could relax it, Chelsea have got their cup.
Why do some people think there was an indication of match fixing when PSG lost from Chelsea?
I didn't find any indication of this in the Club World Cup, but it's still possible in some domestic league matches. Chelsea won the final cause their perfect scoring chances, while their defense was rock-solid in holding off PSG's onslaught. PSG suffered throughout the match, they were frustrated and ultimately accepted defeat without reply.
Enzo Maresca's team's excellent work deserves recognition. They were highly motivated to win, and they delivered. This victory is reason why Chelsea fans can still expect more from them in the Premier League next season, but things might be different.
