To be honest, I was expecting a mid-level gameplay from Chelsea, and if they were to win, I thought it would be something like 3–2 or so. But on the field today, they were entirely different from what we expected. They went onto the field with their own goal in mind and made sure they dominated the game.
I hadn’t even tuned into the game when I heard my neighbors screaming "goal!" I had to leave the food I was about to dish out for myself to go and start watching the match. Throughout the whole session, I was actually very excited and one of the reasons was because I was among the few people who believed in Chelsea, and they didn’t disappoint me.
I never watched any of the Chelsea matches leading up to the final but I did see at least 2 of psg games (Bayern and Madrid) so it was very easy to come to that decision to support the favorites PSG. But what happened on the pitch today was completely different. Chelsea showed the world a side that no one believed they hard. The same PSG team defeated Liverpool, Arsenal, City and even Aston Villa only to fall short against a Chelsea side that everyone considered mid at best.
But I'm glad to see that PSG isn't invisible after all.
