It should be 80 million euros - agent fees. Sporting got what they asked at the start. As for me, It's hard to guess whether Gyokeres will be a successful striker. I don't think he will worth his price. I know you mention his stats, and it's quite good. However, it's only coming from Portugal league. His performance in PL may be totally different.

We have so many unproven striker who looked so damn good at their home, but always played awfully after joined in the PL. So let's give him some times. I don't think he can fit Arsenal well after he come to the EPL.

I agree, the price is too high, even though his statistics are quite supportive. The Premier League is far more competitive, we never know if Gyokeres will be able to live up to expectations for that price.
This is actually good news, Arteta is getting the player he needs a potential striker who can help Arsenal significantly increase their chances of winning trophies next season.
Perhaps in the near future, Arsenal will announce their new signing, and that will make the trophy race even more intense. If Arteta still fails after getting all the players he wants, then he truly deserves to be sacked.
