Today's game is a true definition of discipline, commitment and perceiverance in game without undermining qualities of opponents involved in the game. Chelsea players where commited in the game without minding what people where saying and the end result was in there favour. All thanks to Palmer's creativity and proactiveness in the game and there collective effort in the game.
PSG where so reluctant and casual on the game, believing they where already the winner of the tournament before the game started .
Yes, it was a surprise to see Chelsea win this match. Initially, I personally had serious doubts about their ability to beat PSG. However, Chelsea truly proved their quality. This was evident in the final, winning with a convincing 3-0 scoreline. This victory was crucial because the Chelsea players displayed complete focus and discipline throughout the match. Therefore, even though PSG dominated possession, Chelsea remained calm and maximized every attack launched. This is why Chelsea won this match.
Speaking of PSG, they were overconfident in this match, to the point of appearing somewhat careless. However, after conceding three goals in the first half, PSG realized they couldn't afford to underestimate Chelsea. Despite this, PSG were still unable to turn the game around. Although they continued to attack, their attacks lacked organization and ultimately failed. So they just kept running from midfield to Chelsea's defense, only to lose the ball again.
So, with this, PSG gained a new experience after facing Chelsea in this match. The bottom line is that they must not underestimate their opponents or become overconfident. That could lead to unexpected consequences.
In the final match, most considered PSG the best team, and after a thorough examination of current performance and past history, they were the favorites. Chelsea won the trophy by turning all the odds upside down. Goalkeeper Robert Sánchez contributed a lot to Chelsea's victory. He saved the team from almost certain goals with his efforts. He played a unique role in winning the trophy by brilliantly saving the opposing team's players who were desperate to score a goal and dodged the defenders' shots on target. PSG had six shots on target to score, almost all of which he successfully clear.
I was very surprised that PSG could not score despite trying to contribute well and Chelsea's style of play was very disciplined. PSG had extra confidence to win the match and Chelsea's players repelled every attack due to their aggressive play. The match was literally great and a victory for a relatively weak team that can only be celebrated if luck is in their favor and you have a strong desire to win.
