This is a matter of practice. You cannot just invest with patience at the beginning to bring you a financial dynamic situation for accumulation wisely. Try to start with discretionary income at the beginning and implement it in practice and then have a strong desire to hold Bitcoin for the long term regardless of the price which is a safe environment in patience. One of the reasons why many investors were unsuccessful at the beginning was because they tried to get rich in a short time and were greedy. Another reason is that some of these investors get separated from their long-term goals and then turn to trading thinking. If you examine the portfolios of some weak investors, they are running towards their goal with patience through small discretionary income and they are very successful in long term investments.
Now how can you actually hold Bitcoin for a long term without patience? Do you think locking up funds for 5 to 10 years is easy? I'm not saying one doesn't require discretionary income to get started, but when you've gotten started, how can you stay focused towards your long term goals without discipline and patience? The part you mentioned investors getting separated from their long term goals is true, but I wanna ask you, do you really know the reasons why investors after getting started, start to lose focus and then get distracted from their earliest plans and goals concerning their accumulation? Most of those investors lack patience, yes, getting started in Bitcoin doesn't require so much, just discretionary income, basic math skills and common sense, but after getting started with all these, some investors fail to maintain that long term outlook and then they lose focus and diverse to other investments that they feel would bring them easy and quick profits.
