In his first seasons as the manager he won the FIFA Club World Cup, Conference League and got a spot to participate in the Champions League. Tell me if he isn't doing anything good? I could remember how many made mockery of him, by calling him "a fake Pep Guardiola" even some so called Chelsea fans were among the haters.
Haters are gonna hate bro. Don't take them seriously. I saw so many people who have been yapping Chelsea got ez opponent, Chelsea was mediocre, etc. Only wonder why they never realize if their team always ended with empty hand. 
People who called CWC is not prestigious are so dumb as the new format is following the format of World Cup. There will be no another CWC until 2029.
Winning a competition that's being hold once every 4 years is amazing.
