In his first seasons as the manager he won the FIFA Club World Cup, Conference League and got a spot to participate in the Champions League. Tell me if he isn't doing anything good? I could remember how many made mockery of him, by calling him "a fake Pep Guardiola" even some so called Chelsea fans were among the haters.
It is true that the manager of this team has created something great, but perhaps those biased football people who have not seen the success of this team in the Club World Cup match will not see their success. From what I've seen, this team won the UEFA Conference League last season and yesterday they devastated Paris Saint-Germain in the final match to win the CWC Trophy again. We saw that the roles were reversed midway through this CWC match when the English representatives were leading 3-0, even this team had the opportunity to defend passively, but still they could not stop their Chelsea Football Club teammates.
