I don't think he's interested in any form of help here, from what I have seen. Perhaps just more interested in reviews from other people in the same boat as him. Whatever the case, let wait for a response from the Betby's CCO Chris Nikolopoulos as he says that he has already written to him.
Maybe he is counting more on that than any help/suggestion from here.
He shot me a PM yesterday with his details. I was just too busy all day long yesterday with personal matters until far late at night that I can't even update my list. I was with my personal phone and monitoring the cases I oversee periodically, though, communicating with my casino contact for one specific matter that I deemed urgent.
