# Formal Complaint Regarding Fraudulent Crash Game Results and Reference to 100 ETH Challenge on BC.Game
that's not how formal complaints work, you should send this directly to their support email.
the video is locked behind email access, if you want anyone to check it you should update that.
the screenshots are not working either, they all return a 404 error, so i don't know what evidence you expect people to see exactly.
edit: you already posted the same post 4 times, spamming the forum isn't gonna help you, so stop that.
Agreed.
Some situations are frustrating, and go long enough to keep our heads boiled, but it doesn't mean if we spam about it it's going to work out.
Results love silent work.
I've reached my contact soon after I got his UID, and hold a little bit for the answer [rather a question] they gave me following their check, in hope the player give more info. Now that the betID are retrievable through drive, I've sent them to my contact for further analysis, but I think it's safe to conclude that they're go alongside what my contact asked me: whether the UID is a typo, because the account has been inactive since 2023. And if I "translate" the bet correctly, I think the datestamp show they were bets made on 2019.
I'll urge those who are curious to stop the discussion here and move toward the
player's thread, where it'll be updated with what my contact found according to their internal database.
