I don't know where this happened, and I don't know which country you're talking about.
However, what you've said seems important enough to discuss. School should be the most comfortable place for children outside of home. Education aims to produce students who not only possess broad knowledge but also possess strong reasoning skills, creativity, and initiative. Schools should be a place for students to discover their talents. However, this will not be achieved if the quality of educational institutions and educational staff is considered poor and substandard.
And actually, there are no such things as naughty children; there are children who lack attention, both from their parents at home and from their teachers at school. They're naughty because they want attention, they want their existence to be recognized.
Homes are uncomfortable places for most people since most families are fucked up. I don't care why children are misbehaving. When they are violent, we must consider all public schools as being completely and permanently discredited. When public school students are violent, we must all consider public school graduates as stupid ass morons.
This is quite a complex issue. Many people marry and have children but aren't ready to be parents, which ultimately results in their children not getting what they deserve, whether it's education at home or outside the home, or a proper education.
However, I disagree with your claim that public school graduates are stupid. Because, fundamentally, there are no stupid people, no darkness; there is only the absence of light, which makes a place dark. They aren't stupid because if the educational staff is sufficiently qualified to direct the students' excess energy and creativity, they are not stupid, but they lack a platform to channel their talents and express their creativity. Because their energy and creativity are not directed, they end up being channeled into negative things.
