I tried many years ago but then I just give up... as worker its a wise decision to not get fully paid in bitcoin. because many expenses are still in FIAT.
even you can exchange/use some tools this is not the same to paying directly with FIAT because there are always fees and so on.
I don't think the policy of receiving a salary in Bitcoin is relevant, at least for now, if your salary is only enough to cover your monthly expenses. If you're a CEO and have a side hustle that covers your monthly expenses, I don't think it's a problem because you'll save Bitcoin every month. But for most employees, it's impossible not to spend their salary on themselves and their families. They'll exchange their Bitcoin for fees and won't be able to save in Bitcoin. So, I think it depends on how much you receive. -CMIIW
