In Most cases they will delete it if it's off-topic, low quality or just spam. Or they may just move it to an appropriate board. It is very rare that your report maybe mark as bad.
Hah, I was about to write (and complain) that I haven't seen too many of similar topics being nuked, but then I checked it again before writing and I saw that topic has been indeed removed. So, thanks mods.
