Not everyone thinks self-care is important especially gambling addicts...no one is coming to save you, the earlier you realize this the better for you, this is the same thing I told a friend of mine that's addicted to gambling...If you don't control your gambling activities you would not be able to achieve anything in life...there are people who are gambling addicts that earn salaries but at the end of the month they lose it all in less than minutes
The problem most gamblers have with gambling is that they go in with the wrong intention, and by the time they have gone far with gambling, they find it difficult to retrace their wrong steps. Especially when they have already made a good amount of money, they feel it is all about the amount of money put into gambling or the number of times they play, and at this point, greed has developed. It is very important for gamblers to be observant of their gambling habits and have a better understanding, as it will help reduce the risk of losing money.
I think is the mentality. The top priority which makes a difference here is what the gambler thinks, if he continues to play despite winning and thinking I will win much more that is a destructive mentality but if a gamblers think a bit more in advance like what if I didn't gamble at all this money my wallet would look much better, it is exactly this type of mentality that there is the true solution to gambling. Now it is very difficult to get to this mentality but once you there you run the show then, to go there though without experience is impossible so people have to learn through experience and achieve that mentality, winning mentality in the end.
