Aren’t RTPs supposed to be transparent? And isn’t it the job of regulators to audit the casinos they’re operating under? Because even if the games aren’t rigged, with a low RT like 90% or less, there’s really no way for us to win in the long run.

What regulators?
Curacao? Antilles? Bikini Atoll? Those regulators will keep an eye on everything!
And what would they even do, fine them $10 for fake advertising?

I’ve noticed it too in the games I’ve been playing, especially slots. I used to hit a max win before, but for the past few months, it’s just been constant losses  like I’m just donating money to the casino. So , I’m starting to suspect that maybe the RTPs have been adjusted?

Individual experience doesn't mean a thing, the game might be rigged or you might just be extremely unlucky, unless you have thousands of people experiencing the same difference over hundreds of thousands of plays, it could simply be randomness. I mean I got 10 trifecta right in May, I lost all but 3 in the last 2 months, things do happen.
