Was it because of the physical presence of these casinos or their online advertisement that makes them to think that people are being financially irresponsible because of the presence of casinos, they are getting this whole thing wrong already, because that was not the major tactics in curbing for challenges like this, if they ban gambling completely, people will still be found misbehaving in other aspects.
