You are correct, since wallet recovery involves sensitive information one needs to be very careful in other not to expose ones assets to the wrong hand so we need to exercise extreme care on how we go about this. The service provider are supposed to be reachable so that people can easily communicate then incase they need clarification as regards the service they are offering. If keychainx continue to remain silent people will begin to think that the service is a scam . Even person that may be trying to give there service a try may change there mind because of this lack of response. They should try as much to address some of the questions here at least it will clear some doubt some people may be entertaining.
Yeah that's true cause some clients devices contain very important informations and it may seem risky to expose it the companies technicians regardless of the trust. But then to be on the safer side, clients would need to moved their important informations from the device to a hard drive then leave only the informations needed by the company's technicians, that's fair enough and would be okay for both parties.
