I don't play CS2. Let's just say I know a little about skins. Yes, the case prices are quite high; there were price fluctuations, from $0.50 to $8, which is a significant multiplier, and it didn't last very long. I had some skins while playing CS:GO, but I sold them all. I wish I hadn't, because I had a really good collection, and now they're at prices I can't afford. I remember gambling with skins back then, but it wasn't as common as it is today.
