You get in touch with their rep through TG [that can easily be deleted and leave no trace], and all we know, several things happen almost simultaneously: you didn't meet eye to eye with them [that you refuse to disclose], they withdraw themselves from the forum, quite likely because of unpleasant thing they encountered during the past three days, and you suddenly change from offering to help with the case as you have a direct contact with them, to encouraging a flag and wanting to support it.
