quick update:
the "recovery team" responded today to my last email unfortunately I just got the same computer generated answer I already got again.
At this point I can only warn people to ever use BC.GAME they aren't willing to help you in any way in a legitimate case all the do is keep your money if they see it fitting...
Is there any higher up of BC.GAME active on here who can be contacted otherwise HOLYDARKNESS is probably my only hope.

So, my contact reached me yesterday night, though I was only with my personal phone yesterday and didn't have any way to validate or invalidate their claim. But today, with my forum device at hand, I can confirm their rebuttal.
