Before the Chelsea game, PSG has only conceded one goal in the whole tournament and this was what was making everybody to think that Chelsea doesn't stand a chance at winning PSG. The gameplay of Chelsea was far beyond what PSG was expecting. PSG approached the game like Chelsea will be afraid to come out and play them therefore they didn't anticipated the amount of pressure that Chelsea brought to the game. Chelsea has to be praised because they achieved the unthinkable but this isn't the first time of Chelsea doing something like this therefore, I'm not surprised. Chelsea scoring the best defense in the tournament three goals without reply is crazy.
Chelsea came prepared, but PSG thought it was the Chelsea that typically faces challenges in their games, which they could use to their advantage. However, they met a stronger Chelsea, which they could not even dominate. Honestly, Chelsea played a wonderful game that was beyond my imagination. I just hope Chelsea will continue with this same energy next season. Chelsea is a great club, but they just lack consistency in their games.
