It seems they are launching a new exchange platform with zero wallet balance and removing the old platform for later auditing to determine the debts per users.

They were insolvent for a long time and try to cover it up by issuing shares and fake private take over of $500,000 buyout by that guy on YouTube video??  I can't remember his name.
